For the past two years, as the daily hustle and bustle of life marched on, something very special was quietly brewing behind the scenes here in Hope. All of us who live or spend time in Hope, Cascades and Canyons have been eagerly watching and waiting as, over time, a large machine shop was transformed into a shiny new business— the first of its kind in this region. With a name befitting its glorious mountain backdrop, the Mountainview Brewing Co. recently erected their sign, indicating an official opening date is coming soon! We can’t wait to enjoy freshly crafted cold beer, and delicious eats, all made in-house with locally sourced ingredients. Congratulations to owners Adam and Danielle Keil, who followed their dreams of moving back to Hope, their hometown, and opening its first-ever craft beer brewery. Stay tuned to their Facebook or Instagram Page, Mountainview Brewing Co, for an opening date announcement! We look forward to seeing you in their fabulous new space as we toast the opening of what is sure to be a favourite gathering place for people who live, work, or play in Hope, Cascades & Canyons!

Meet the newest member of our team! This little red truck used to be a firetruck in Japan & now it’s here in Hope to service any nearby beer emergencies. Shoot us a wave and maybe we’ll scare the crap out of you with the siren!

Our growlers were delivered today!  Hopefully by the time we open we won’t have to worry about COVID-19. But until then, we can look forward to the day we can fill one of these babies.
