Celebrate in Hope Holiday Fest’s Holiday Cheer

Our annual tradition, Hope Holiday Fest, will be kicking off our holiday celebrations this year! Come out to Downtown Hope to be immersed in Holiday Cheer with several events and other sights to experience!

Light up the Lights

Downtown Hope is going to be glimmering with lights on December 3rd as we light up the lights that will make Wallace Street shine! The District of Hope will also be lighting up their beautiful tree at the same time, instantly transforming our Downtown into a festive, winter wonderland! Be there for 6:15 PM to catch this amazing holiday moment!

Hope Towing Santa Sleigh Ride

Cozy up on this fun hay ride and take a tour through our festive town alongside Santa, Rudolph, and more! This festive way to see all the holiday beauty of our Downtown is a great way to make another amazing memory with your loved ones this holiday season! Rides will be occurring from 7:00PM – 9:00PM!

Do Some Holiday Shopping

While you’re celebrating the holidays here at Hope Holiday Fest, you’ll have a great opportunity to do some holiday shopping for your loved ones too! In Downtown Hope, there are many great artisanal and locally owned shops that you’ll love wandering through and you might just find that perfect gift you’ve been looking for! Shops will be open from 6:00PM – 9:00PM. Click the link below to read our guide to holiday shopping!

The Return of The Grinch

Our favourite seasonal carving will also be returning to its spot on Wallace Street as a part of the Hope Holiday Fest! The Grinch and his four-legged companion will be taking up their pedestal on the edge of Memorial Park, waiting for you to visit and get a selfie or two!

Our small town is going to be a winter wonderland and it all starts on December 3rd! Bring out your family and friends for this holiday cheer filled event and don’t forget to tag us and use our hashtag, #ExploreHCC , when you post your memories!
