Nomad in the North: Japan

December 4, 2025 @ 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

For the next chapter of the Nomad Experience Dinner Series, the table travels to Northern Japan, a region known for its pristine ingredients, warming comfort foods, and meticulous culinary traditions.

As winter settles over the northern islands, imagine snow-dusted landscapes and cozy interiors where meals are a source of warmth and connection. This evening will highlight the best of Hokkaido and Tohoku-inspired cuisine: delicate seafood, seasonal vegetables, hearty broths, and dishes that balance simplicity with depth of flavour. Each course is crafted to honour the care, precision, and respect for ingredients that define Japanese cuisine.

Come ready to share stories, savour thoughtful dishes, and experience a night where culture, community, and cuisine meet.

🍶 Reservations are strongly encouraged — space is limited for this one-night Northern Japan experience. Please email connect@nomadsocialeatery.com or call 236-355-0055 to book your table!
