Prize Redemption Terms and Conditions:

This document outlines the terms and conditions for the redemption of prizes won in the Hope Cascades & Canyons Contest. The prizes available for redemption are limited to one winner and the winners will be drawn on December 2nd 2024.

1. A Two-night stay for two guests at Manning Park Resort exclusive of meals, transportation, and activities.

Prize Redemption:

• Winners will only be contacted by marketing@hopebc.ca to be made aware that they won
• Please beware of scammers. We will NEVER ask for credit card information, or for you to visit a separate website to sign up.
• Winners must redeem their prize before, Nov 30, 2025.
• To redeem a prize, winners must contact our staff via email at marketing@hopebc.ca. Winners should provide their name, contact information, and their preferred dates for the experience.
• Our team will coordinate the booking process based on the availability of the chosen prize option and confirm the details with the winner once the booking is finalized.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

• Each prize is subject to availability and may have specific blackout dates during which the prize cannot be redeemed.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Winners are responsible for any additional expenses not included in the prize description, such as transportation to and from the destination, additional meals not specified in the prize package, and any personal expenses.
• Winners must agree to adhere to any terms and conditions set by the accommodation or experience providers.
• The contest organizers reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• By redeeming a prize, winners agree to release the contest organizers from any liability arising from the use or misuse of the prize.
  1. Only open to those who sign up at the landing page, and are 19 years of age as of the date of entry. Only open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Québec). Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Hope Cascades & Canyons (the “Sponsor”) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
  2. Agreement to Rules: By entering (“You”) agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign and can opt out of the newsletter anytime you wish.
  3. Entry Period: The promotion begins on October 1st, 2024 at 1:00AM PST and ends on November 30th, 2024 at 11:59PM PDT (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
  4. How to Enter: you enter your first name, last name, email address and phone number and agree to signing up for our newsletter and these terms and condtions.
  5. Prize: A Two-night stay at Manning Park Resort.
  6.  The actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, provincial, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  7. Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by Random Draw. The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
  8. Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims.
  9. Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion without notice.
  10. Acceptance of Rules: By participating, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions.
  11. Excludes Quebec.

The prize is non-transferable.

Accommodation cancellation details: The recipient of the accommodations voucher can cancel or alter their booking up to 48 hours before their stay. All inquiries regarding cancellations or alterations to the booking can be communicated via email with our staff (marketing@hopebc.ca).
