Whose History, Whose Belonging? – Art & Community Dialogue

November 12 @ 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Explore the diverse histories and stories that have shaped the Eastern Fraser Valley through Whose History, Whose Belonging?, an art and community dialogue series presented by The Living With Foundation.

Featuring artwork created by local students and stories shared by Community Knowledge Holders, these gatherings invite community members of all ages to reflect on Indigenous history, Japanese Canadian displacement during the Second World War, Black history, and the contributions of Sikh and Punjabi families to the region. The events provide a welcoming space for listening, sharing perspectives, and exploring what belonging means in our communities.

The series includes a public community dialogue in Hope, alongside events in Boston Bar and Agassiz–Harrison Hot Springs.

🗓️ Boston Bar: Nov 5
🗓️ Hope: Nov 12
🗓️ Agassiz–Harrison Hot Springs: Nov 26

Admission: Free and open to the public.
