Event Series: Mount Meditation

Mount Meditation

July 23 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Ready to escape the mid-week hustle, hit the trails, and actually hear yourself breathe? 🌲🧘‍♀️
This July, I’m hosting The Mount Meditation Series, a 4-week Thursday evening journey on Thacker Mountain designed to help you slow down, move mindfully, and reconnect.
We’ll combine the physical rhythm of a moderate trail hike with the deep, grounding rest of an outdoor meditation as the sun dips low. Whether you need a full month of dedicated self-care or just a single evening to hit the reset button, there is a spot for you.
The Details:
📅 Thursdays in July 6:30 – 8:00 pm (July 9, 16, 23, 30)
📍 Thacker Mountain Trailhead
💰 $80 for the full 4-week series (save $40!) or $30 for a single-session drop-in

⚠️Strictly limited to 10 spaces to keep the energy intimate, quiet, and spacious.
Spots are filled on a first-paid, first-served basis via registration form + e-Transfer.
