This holiday season, Hope, Cascades & Canyons will be a hub of holiday spirit and fun! You and your loved ones are invited to all of our exciting events that will feature great activities, excellent photo backdrops, and much more!

November 21st-January 31st: Support Local | Hope, Cascades & Canyons

We’re bringing back the Support Local event this winter! This time, you will have a chance to win one of our many prize bags, gift cards and movie tickets, or one of the grand prizes: Exciting trips to Manning Park Resort or REO Rafting Resort!

November 27th: Hope for the Holidays | Hope Holiday Fest

Come out to the Hope Holiday Fest for our Christmas Light up the Lights event! Watch as Hope basks in thousands of glowing lights and see our towering Christmas tree’s debut! We will also be drawing for an early Support Local prize so be sure to come out and see if you’ve won! And remember to be there for the unveiling of the new carving that’s replacing Rambo on Wallace Street for the season, but watch out, he just might steal Christmas!

Wander Hope’s Downtown and do some Christmas shopping in our shops that are staying open late for our visitors on this special night! Don’t forget your free hot chocolate and popcorn too, courtesy of the Hope Lion’s Club at the Hope District Hall!

December 3rd-December 5th: Hope for the Holidays | Downtown Celebration

Just a week after Hope Holiday Fest, we will be hosting the 3-day Hope for the Holidays Downtown Celebration! Wander through our magical downtown winter wonderland, explore our delightful shops, catch a Christmas classic at our cinema and even grab a special holiday brew from Mountainview Brewing Co.

The Hope Recreation Centre will also be hosting a public skate on December 4th from 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm.

December 4th: Stuff the Cruiser Event and Kal Tire Food Drive

Drop by Save On Foods or Buy-Low Foods in Hope on December 4th to support the food bank this season! Police cruisers will be parked outside both locations, inviting you to stuff them to the brim with food donations!

Continue your acts of generosity by dropping off donations at Kal Tire who will also be accepting Food Bank donations on December 4th!

December 5th and 15th: Mountainview Brewing Co. Holiday Market

Visit Mountainview Brewing Co. on December 5th and 15th this holiday season to do some Christmas shopping in their holiday market!
