This year, at the 4th Annual Fog Fest, we are excited to offer The Art of Sisterhood!

Strong relationships are an important part of thriving. When they are nurtured, they help us feel seen, supported and bring joy to our experiences. When was the last time you checked in on your best friend? Have you nurtured your relationship with her lately? This is your opportunity!

Join us as we dive into sisterhood by unearthing how we experience being supported by each other, how it feels to physically move and communicate as a team through a partner yoga session, and then finally learning to hold space for one another through a guided meditation.

The event will showcase breathtaking photography by Into the Wild Portraiture, with images available for purchase afterward. This is not just an event; it’s a moment you’ll cherish forever.
